Working on a consultancy basis sector we provide tailor-made packages of training, support or discrete project work for organisations or individuals.  These range from one-off sessions to longer term support such as fundraising campaign or providing regular coaching.

We can work flexibly and responsively to enhance or extend the skills within your team, aid professional development, plan for the future of your organisation, and manage projects when internal resources are limited.

Fees

We will work with you to set a budget that suits the size and nature of your organisation and the work you would like us to undertake.

Contracts can be for a complete rate for an individual project or on a monthly retainer. We can also quote for an hourly or daily rate depending on the work involved.  We do not engage in work on a commission basis. 

Before we start work we agree to a contract that outlines our fee and terms of reference.
