Consultancy in the Voluntary Sector 

Our names are Debra Jessett and Gail Knopfel.  We have been good friends for over 20 and always said it would be great to work together.  We set up our consultancy in 2012 and have been happily working together ever since!  Based in South Cumbria we work with organisations both locally and further afield.   

By bringing our skills together we provide a holistic and broad vision, as well as an open and friendly style of working.  We have over 40 years of experience in the voluntary sector and are passionate about the unique services it provides and the special people who are involved.  Experienced fundraisers with backgrounds in project and volunteer management, we also have held advisory roles providing information, advice and training.

Over the last seven years, we have worked on a wide variety of different projects, both short and long term.   We have worked with a wide range of people, including trustees, volunteers and senior management teams.  Our partnership also has experience working with adults and children with disabilities and special needs.  If we require extra support or specialist skills we also have a team of people we can call on.
